  • Built as the headquarters for National City Bank, the lower levels were originally faced in limestone and featured four neo-classical columns.
  • 110 East Washington was converted from a vacant office building to 28 condominiums in 2001-2002, becoming the tallest owner-occupied residential building in Indianapolis, surpassing Tarkington Tower.
  • During renovations, the concave eastern facade was "filled in" to include balconies for every condominium unit.
