  • Tallest building in Dallas, and the third-tallest in Texas. It is 286.22 m (939 feet) tall from the base of the sunken plaza (below street level.).
  • The building's outline is accented at night by green argon lighting.
  • One of the first buildings in the United States to receive the 'Energy Star' award for efficiency.
  • This was the only realized phase of an original four tower plan. A twin tower and other smaller structures were supposed to complement this building.
