  • Built as an office tower, it is now used for apartments on floors 7 through 15.
  • The steel and masonry building was detailed with Spanish Colonial Revival motifs.
  • With the neighboring Brady Building, it was developed into the Towers at the Majestic project in 1994.
  • In the lower six floors is the Majestic Theatre, a 1920s-style movie palace with Baroque details, mudejar ceilings, and illusionistic paintings of clouds and stars on the ceiling.
