  • Contains a 10-level parking garage, several car rental agencies, and a rapid transit station serving 4 lines including trains to both airports.
  • The office floors are built arount a 12-story atrium on the east side and a 4-story atrium on the west. Each is capped by a large sloping skylight.
  • The garage on the lower half has long ventilation slots in its facade, which are mirrored by painted "slots" in the office floors on top.
  • The building is connected through a tunnel to the Thompson Center, and by bridge to the 200 North Dearborn Apartments.
  • The garage was the first of several themed garages in downtown Chicago, with speakers on each floor playing a song about a different city (e.g. Moon over Miami) to help parkers remember their location.
