  • Until its conversion to condominiums, the top floor was a 3-story loft with an all-glass ceiling.
  • Decorated with multicolor terra-cotta panels showing the history of the printing industry. The panel over the main entrance depicts the printing of the Gutenberg Bible.
  • This is the second Franklin Building on Dearborn Street designed by George C. Nimmons. The first was at 525 South Dearborn.
