Facts

  • Originally a commercial office building, the long-vacant structure was converted into a boutique hotel in 2012 by the Cazmen Corporation.
  • One of the narrowest towers in Chicago, this mid-block building has solid brick walls that originally projected above the roof on the east and west sides. A 15th level and rooftop deck were added during the conversion to a hotel.
