  • This was awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
  • Some of its green features include: a white thermoplastic olefin roof and sun shades to reflect solar heat, dark sky compliant outdoor lighting and a Vortex storm drain separation system for stormwater runoff in the parking area.
  • Constructed to replace Stafford Plaza as the headquarters for the Bank of Tuscaloosa.
