  • In January 1998, Hines was hired by Goldman Sachs to manage 10 Hanover Square, a 22-story, 524,000 square-foot office building in the downtown Wall Street District.
  • Witkoff Group, the owner of the building, says that the building was originally intended as a residence, even though it was converted from office 35 years after its construction.
  • The building has received a dramatic renovation which included: overall lobby and front entrance renovation; total elevator overhaul; all new information technology infrastructure; all new Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and Emergency Power Supply (EPS) systems; a complete overhaul of the central plant and control room; a new cafeteria and fitness center; and renovation of seventeen tenant floors.
