Facts

  • In an effort to reinforce the conservation of the Caballito building name, the owner sponsored a new art work, now at the entrance, that represents the head of a giant horse. This yellow sculpture is used as the building's official logo.
  • Members of the Senate of the Republic work in these offices.
  • The name of the building comes from a statue made in 1803, El Caballito, which was located in front of the tower until it was removed in 1979. Today that statue is on one of the central streets of the city.
