  • The floors of the Axa-Royale Belge Tower are suspended from the concrete construction on the roof by steel cables. This was the first building in Europe to use this construction technique.
  • October 2003 - AXA puts the building up for rent through realtor Colliers EPMC - Belgium.
  • January 2006: all floors, except the the top four, are rented with a long-term contract to the City of Antwerp Building Control Administration.
  • January 2006: the four top floors are rented to various small companies.
