Facts

  • First skyscraper of the Diamond Exchange District and Ramat Gan, and the tallest for 15 years until surpassed in 1978 by D-Mall Tower.
  • One of Israel's tallest towers at completion, and the tallest outside Tel Aviv.
  • Long after completion, two external elevator shafts were added to the south facade, and another fire-escape was added to the narrow east facade.
  • The west face has an external fire-escape staircase on it, which is part of the original design.
  • The original main entrance on Jabutinski Road is no longer in use due to security concerns. Today, entry to the tower is made through a secondary entrance, underneath the connection between this tower and D-Mall Tower.
