  • Tallest skyscraper in Ramat Gan from 1978 to 1989; Surpassed by the Diamond Tower.
  • The Diamond Museum, with exhibits on diamonds and the Israeli diamond industry, is located on the ground floor.
  • Formerly known as Maccabi Tower.
  • Most eccentric of all the Diamond Exchange Towers, with the shape of a hand fan.
  • A 220-meter long pedestrian bridge, connects the tower's mall with Tel Aviv Central-Savidor Train Station. The bridge is 6 meters wide and cost 15 million NIS to complete. It was completed in the year 2000.
  • A mini-mall called D-Mall, is located in the base of the tower, and was added in the mid-90's. The 'D' stands for Diamond.
  • There are general plans to add another 10 stories to the building, with additional floor-space of 12,000 square meters.
