  • The pointed arches motif at ground level is the homage to the original design and masterplan of Tel Aviv Opera House in 1929 and opposite-side Agababa House, by architect Joseph Tischler, 1934
  • The 7,150 sqm mall in the tower's podium contained a cinema with several showing halls, was closed in 2014.
  • A private swimming pool ontop of the tower's platform serves the residents of this luxurious tower.
  • Due to the proximity to the sea and humidity the tower's pool is aluminium and recoated every two years.
  • Stands on the former site of Tel Aviv Opera House, entitling the tower with its elegant name. Today, the new Opera House is located next to Kanarit Tower 1.
  • Israel's first branch of Tower Records was opened in the tower's retail mall.
  • The apartments take up the upper 19 floors.
  • The marble facade was replaced for a two-colour 2 mm aluminium panels superfacade during renovations 2018-2020.
  • The mall was rezoned in 2008 allowing hotel use, with a 50 room hotel constructed in 2017
