  • The Medical Arts Building was imploded on April 2, 1999.
  • First National Tower has been constructed on this site. A section of the Medical Arts Building's facade was saved and is displayed in First National's lobby.
  • The building contained Omaha’s first automatic elevators.
  • Financial issues caused construction to cease shortly after completion of the steel frame. Construction resumed in 1925 after the building was purchased.
