  • The design was very simple with 3 central bay windows, a projecting cornice, and no ornament.
  • Demolished to make way for the extension of Congress Parkway. The building's site is presently in the middle of the street. Until then the block had extended all the way from Van Buren to Harrison Street.
  • The structure was abutted on the north by the Monon Building, which was also torn down for the Congress extension.
