  • This building lasted only seven years; it was demolished to make way for railroad tracks leading north from Union Station.
  • The design was nearly identical to the Butler Brothers Warehouse I (now River Center) which was built the same year directly to the west, and also to the Randolph Place Lofts, which was built after this one was demolished.
