  • This is the tallest brick-clad building in Chicago.
  • The building is located by the southwest corner of Grant Park, on the former site of the Avenue Motel.
  • The initially announced plan was taller, with a sharp, hundred-foot pyramid on top. In early 2002 it was shortened to 493.13 feet by removing the pyramid, but in early 2005 a hipped roof was added to the design.
