  • Building features a 5-floor skybridge at the 10th floor linking both towers.
  • Building features a 5-floor projection wich is 40 meters long.
  • This is the last work designed by Enric Miralles, finished after he died. He was the main architect and one of the founders of Enric Miralles - Benedetta Tagliabue / EMBT.
  • Highest building completed in its zone since Villa Olímpica was completed.
  • Gas Natural sold its historical headquarters in the city center to build this project. Benetton bought it to open a megastore.
  • Initial designs featured wooden brises-soleil on the south facade; the building now features a glass curtain-wall.
  • The company Gas Natural will occupy only the top 10 floors with the remainder rented out, despite the fact that the company has contributed funds for the construction of the building.
  • Lower concrete cores were completed in March 2004.
  • During the construction of the building, different glass panels were tested in a nearby low-rise building to determine which one would be better for tower's facade.
  • A temporary steel structure was built in June 2004 to support the building's projection during its construction process.
  • During the construction phase, there were four yellow cranes working on the construction site.
  • Low-rise buildings that already existed on the constructon site, before they were refurbished, were used by different companies to control the works.
  • A television ad about safety in the workplace was filmed on top ot the building's projection in early October 2004. The ad was shown by an independent network called TV3.
  • The low-rise buildings, before being refurbished, used to have AESA Eurogondolas, S.L. cabins to clean the facade.
  • The concrete cores for lifts and services are covered with the same curtain wall glass as the office space.
  • The building features 4 concrete cores.
  • Construction of the curtain wall began in June 2004 with the placement of black glass panels on the low-rise podium.
  • The building will be surrounded by a salty lake.
  • The works to refurbish the existing low-rise building started in April 2004.
  • The complex also includes a low-rise building owned by Gas Natural that will be completly renovated.
  • A detailed model of the building was presented in the same exposition as Triangle Ferroviari.
