Facts

  • Waterfront Park Place is the first residential highrise in Louisville located directly on the Ohio River.
  • The last piece of the steel structure was placed atop the structure in an August 19, 2003 topping-off ceremony.
  • The residential units are a mix of owner-occupied condominiums and renter-occupied apartments.
  • The building is the tallest primarily owner-occupied residential building in the State of Kentucky, and the tallest overlooking the Ohio River, but it will surpassed by The Ascent at Roebling's Bridge in Covington sometime in 2007.
