London: The rather aged Swiss Centre on London's Leicester Square could soon be demolished.

Its place will be taken by a Jestico + Whiles-penned mixed-use low-rise building with a variegated glass facade, which would provide a 240-bed four-star hotel incorporating restaurants, cinemas, bars and casinos.

Welcomed by the City of Westminster, the scheme would play a vital part in regenerating a somewhat dilapidated part of the West End, one of London's most visited tourist locations.
