News: Construction resumes on Taipei Financial Center
Taipei:
Construction work has been resumed on the Taipei Financial Center after it was halted by an earthquake on 31st March.
Levels 1 to 23, which do not require construction cranes, have now resumed construction, but work on the upper levels cannot begin until new construction cranes have been installed.
The Taipei Financial Center, at 508m (1,667ft), will be the world's tallest building upon completion in 2003. |
