- North Quay is a 6.7 acre site on the northern side of West India Quay, to the north of the existing Canary Wharf Estate. Previously known as Shed 35, the site was sold to the Canary Wharf Group with planning permission for Shed 35 Project.
- Development of North Quay is likely to take place after the completion/letting of the Churchill Place and Riverside South districts - possibly in 2006/7.
- In total, the North Quay scheme will provide 377,984sq m (4,066,503sq ft) GFA. This includes 372,660sq m of offices and 5,324sq m of retail.
