- DTE Energy began a $50 million beautification of its campus grounds beginning in the summer of 2007, which includes the construction of a reflecting pool, two private respite parks for company employees and visitors, and a park-like entrance square.
- Along with the new green space, the 2007-2008 renovation also included adding an atrium between the three structures of the complex that includes a food court, as well as the construction of a new glass-clad lobby addition.
