  • The Corn Exchange was destroyed by fire September 24, 1965.
  • This site now contains a large parking ramp.
  • After 1902, the corner of 4th Avenue and 3rd Street South was dominated by commodity exchanges, with the Flour Exchange Building and the Minneapolis Grain Exchange complex occupying two of the other three corners.
