  • The building was shuttered in 1977. Tentative plans released in Janurary 2006 call for the renovation of this building for office usage, again.
  • Preliminary renovation work for the 2007 renovation of the building began in early November 2006, and included the removal of the building's asbestos.
  • The building was added to the Park Avenue Historic District in May of 1997.
