  • The bulding was sold in 2006 to California-based investors for $21 million.
  • On the west side is a connected two story building that served as the "Great Banking Hall" of the First National Bank during the bank's early years.
  • The Oklahoma City Geological Society was relocated here from the Park Harvey Apartments in 2001.
  • The building is home to the Downtown College Consortium, an organization of five local universities that have geared courses in this location to the downtown workers.
  • Was a part of "The Race" with neighboring City Place tower as a race to the top of Oklahoma City's skyline.
