  • Both towers on Market Street were sold on December 19, 1999 to Tishman Speyer/Travelers Real Estate Ventures for $189.1 million.
  • This is the taller of two towers by the same architect for Standard Oil. The shorter tower was completed in 1964 and is located at 555 Market Street.
