  • Regents Park South is the tallest building in Kenwood, the neighborhood directly north of Hyde Park. It is one floor taller than its twin Regents Park North.
  • Overlooks Lake Michigan and Burnham Park to the east, and East End Park to the south.
  • There is a medium-sized grocery store on the basement level, accessible from inside or from 51st Street. The store has a two-story high ceiling.
  • Built on the site of the Chicago Beach Hotel, a 12-story resort built in 1921 that was later used as the U.S. Fifth Army Headquarters.
