  • Because of this small, restricted site (25m x 40m), Harry Seidler & Associates proposed an entirely different design for this building. Parts of the tower were hollowed out, creating an external atrium effect, supported by an external braced truss system.
  • The building has small floor plates (700 m²), creating a need for a tall structure. The tip of the flagpole reaches 183 meters above street level.
