  • Since completion, this tower has served as the head-tower of the Diamond Exchange.
  • At its completion it was the tallest tower in Israel outside the municipality of Tel Aviv.
  • There are 82 windows on each typical floor.
  • Floors 1-20 serve only diamantaires, while floors 21-32 serve random tenants.
  • This was the tallest building in Ramat Gan from 1989 to 2000, when it was surpassed by Leonardo City Tower Hotel.
  • The tower's annex is the world's largest diamond trading hall, accommodating up to 1000 people.
