Facts

  • The main diameter of the building is 29 meters.
  • Surrounded by its overground car-park, the building's narrow pedestal supports the spiral ramp which connects the parking levels.
  • Israel's tallest building with balconies when completed, took the title from Dizenghoff Tower. Today the title belongs to Tel Aviv Towers.
  • The plot originally housed the famous open-roof Gan Rina Theatre.
  • Tallest of all three high-rise hotels in the city with an open-air, rooftop swimming pool. The other two are Carlton Tel Aviv and Grand Beach Hotel.
  • The tower stands on top of a narrow pedestal, which is usually hidden from view by surrounding buildings.
