  • Designed with a setback at 60 feet to match the base of Union Station, and small additional setbacks at the 25th and 32nd floors relating to the pediments of the twin towers planned over the train station.
  • The building was to be topped with a long colonnaded structure similar to a Greek or Roman temple, with a pedimented roof.
  • Part of a 3-tower development planned in the late 1980s, which included 22-story twin towers above the existing Union Station.
