Structure in General
- The flared columns at the base are clad in flame-roughened black Canadian granite.
- The textured facade is concrete sandblasted to expose the garnet tailing aggregate.
- The thin vertical columns in the facade are load bearing; they are supported by a large transfer girder at the second floor which is in turn supported by four massive columns on each side of the building.
