- The building will be mixed-use with retail at ground level, followed by 7 levels of carparking and four levels of commercial office space.
- The building will feature a retail arcade linking Argyle Street to Liverpool Street.
- In June 2011, the Hobart City Council approved the addition of an extra floor of office space to this proposal, raising its height from 44.7m to 47.6m.
