• One corner of the site was left free for a 20-foot high wind-chime sculpture by the artist Harry Bertoia.
• The facade is clad in white marble with contrasting tinted glass.
• This building is located next door to the venerable 1915 Colorado National Bank by William E. and Arthur A. Fisher.
• The architect, who also designed the World Trade Center in New York, sought to design here a building which is in his words "elegant, delightful and serene."
• The Ernest & Cranmer Block formerly stood on this site.
