• The two towers of Complexe Maisonneuve are linked by a common underground base six floors deep, comprising a mall for shops and restaurants, building services and parking spaces.
• Built concurrently with sister tower "Tour Bell." Both towers are the only all-steel structure skyscrapers built in Montreal since the sixties.
