- The 153.65-meters-high, 34-floor Süzer Plaza Ritz-Carlton is the tallest hotel building in Istanbul and the Balkan peninsula (southeastern Europe); and is the second tallest hotel building in Turkey after the 176.80-meters-high, 52-floor Mertim Tower in Mersin.
