Facts
- The Praetorian Building was one of the earliest high-rise buildings in Dallas. The building was doubled in size and the original facade replaced during the 1960s. Another renovation took place in the mid-1990s at which time the building was renamed Stone Place Tower.
- As of March 4, 2005 3J Development recently bought the building and plans to restore the facade to it original 1909 condition replacing the 1960's era exterior. The building will serve as loft apartments.
