- A skybridge connects the office tower to the smaller residential at about 110m above ground level.
- The skybridge, 24 metres long, was designed to withstand earthquakes and high winds. By virtue of its 10 piece expandable floor system and roller mechanism, it can accommodate expansion or contraction of up to two metres.
