- Twelve of the original silos have been preserved and incorporated into the new design.
- This building consists of 228 condominiums constructed in of a former large grain elevator complex. The circular silos that support the residences hold parking for the residents.
- In its heyday, the grain elevator belt was the biggest and fastest in the world, conveying 3.8 million bushels of grain every year from railroad cars to cargo ships.
- The development includes a skylounge on the 18th floor, plus retail space and outdoor cafés at ground level.
