• The parking garage planned in the basement of the tower and the underground link from the CDP Capital Centre to the existing underground pedestrian network was built from 1999 to 2001.
• Place de la Cité Internationale includes the already built ICAO Centre of 17 story.
• The Place the la Cité Internationale project is included in an overall urban project known as Le Quartier international, comprising the CDP Capital Centre, the Convention Centre extension and the creation or the rehabilitation of public spaces in place of parking lots and of the entrenched Ville-Marie Expressway.
• The office tower of Phase Two is planned for future development.
