Structure in general
- The Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center consists of the 2300-seat Mead Theatre and 150-seat Mathilde Black Box Theatre connected to a 17-floor office and condominium tower through the 6-story Wintergarden Atrium.
- Floors 1-8 of the tower contain office and restaurant space, with 32 condominiums on floors 9-17.
- The western part of this complex replaced the Hotel Miami, and the eastern part replaced the Rike-Kumler Company Building, which was demolished in late 1999.
