- The top 3 floors are home to a large auditorium, once used by the Odd Fellows fraternal organization, the building's original tenant.
- The former Oddfellows Building was the tallest high-rise building in Indianapolis from 1908 until 1909, when the Barnes and Thornburg Building, formerly the Merchant's National Bank Building, was completed.
- Indianapolis has one of the largest collections of large buildings related to freemasonry. Others include the Scottish Rite Cathedral, the Old National Centre, the Indiana Freemasons' Hall, and the Knights of Pythias Building, Scottish Rite Building, and the Masonic Temple.
