  • The Imperial Roman image was enormously influential in other cities. It was a prototype for Cleveland's Terminal Tower, the Fisher Building in Detroit and Chicago's Wrigley Building.
  • The Municipal Building was the first to incorporate a subway station as an integral part of its base.
