• This project is a joint development by the Urban Renewal Authority and the Great Eagle Group.
• The hemispherical top has a lighting system that creates a slowly changing light show every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
• Referring to the 13-story shopping center at the base, architect Brian Honda said that "the principal idea behind the center's design is to get people to the top as quickly as possible, and then to let them drift down in their own time".
• This is the tallest office building in Kowloon.
