Facts
- Although this design is taller than the final design by KPF, both towers provide the same Gross Floor Area.
- The developer decided to re-design the tower mainly due to new height restrictions imposed by the Planning Department in the areas around Victoria Harbour. These restrictions are in place to keep buildings from rising higher than nearby mountains.
- Designed by Adrian D. Smith, FAIA, RIBA Design Partner at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP.
- This was the previous design of the current International Commerce Centre.
