Facts
- During construction, a crane on the southeast portion of the steel frame collapsed, but did not fall to the street. Several floors at the corner of the building had to be repaired.
- Kettering Tower was the new headquarters of Winters Bank at the completion of construction. This tower replaced the original Mutual Home Building.
