The top of the tower is perforated by an 8.2 meter (27 foot) wide sky window. The building is sometimes called the "'Keyhole Building".
Form follows function even in the seemingly decorative sky window that Richard Keating of SOM placed in this tower: for clients that didn't want an entire floor, two six-story towers were stacked on top then rejoined in the crown.
A little-known observation and garden area is located in the skylobby just below the sky window.
