Facts
- The top of the tower is perforated by an 8.2 meter (27 foot) wide sky window. The building is sometimes called the "'Keyhole Building".
- Form follows function even in the seemingly decorative sky window that Richard Keating of SOM placed in this tower: for clients that didn't want an entire floor, two six-story towers were stacked on top then rejoined in the crown.
- A little-known observation and garden area is located in the skylobby just below the sky window.
