Structure in general

- Hoteles Hesperia placed big ads during construction with one announcing the opening of the hotel in 2005 and another on the top sporting the company's name.
- A 5-floor glass lobby connects the hotel tower with the convention center.
- The building has two vertical comunication centers, one each on the north and south sides.
