  • Tallest skyscraper in Oklahoma City from 1931 until the completion of the Chase Tower in 1971.
  • The bulding was sold in 2006 to California-based investors for $21 million.
  • On the west side is a connected two story building that served as the "Great Banking Hall" of the First National Bank during the bank's early years.
